Panel Discussion on Dialogue and People-to-People Exchanges: Cambodia–China Friendship

The first discussion session of the Cambodia–China Friendship Exchange Forum “Silk Road: Connecting People to People” 2025 featured a keynote address by H.E. Dr. Sann Vathana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. Expert speakers from relevant institutions in both Cambodia and China shared their perspectives on Cambodia–China cooperation in human resource development and on promoting closer people-to-people connectivity between the two countries.

The discussion was moderated by Mr. Seang Sopagna, Deputy Secretary General of YHCCF.
