Youth House for Cambodia-China Friendship features a multi-purpose library that provides a comfortable space, pleasant surroundings, and a welcoming learning environment. The library is open to the public, offering young people a place to read, conduct research, work on group assignments, hold discussions, and organize forums.

The library has a diverse collection of books in multiple languages, with the aim of promoting a culture of reading and enhancing knowledge among youth—particularly on the relations and cooperation between Cambodia and China in the fields of society, economy, politics, and entrepreneurship.
